Sumaya's Scrumptious Mini-Pizzas, Ready to be baked

Thanks to Sumaya, for the mini pizza recipe. Children will be sure to enjoy this treat. The red tomatoes accompanied by green bell peppers and the yellow cheese, makes it a winning combination. This will make excellent appetizers for adults as well.

Sumaya's instructions were, to use toppings of your choice. When the dough is set aside to rise, you can quickly choose your toppings, like peppers, onions, tomatoes, olives, or whatever takes your fancy. Be sure to wash, then chop them small to fit on the small pizzas.
